Bonn, 17 March 2025. The Azur editorial team presented the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs with the Azur Award as “Employer of the Year 2025” at its awards gala.

Every spring, the Azur editorial team honors four employers with the Azur Awards for their special commitment to promoting young talent. For the first time, the Azur editorial team has presented an award in the “Employer of the Year” category. It honors employers who offer a coherent overall concept for training and careers.
Redeker Sellner Dahs is once again listed as a top employer for lawyers in the recently published Azur100 employer ranking. The rankings are based on the results of associate and applicant surveys in which a total of around 5,400 young lawyers took part. In addition, the Azur editorial team evalua‑tes information from employers and conducts numerous research interviews.
