Our paralegals receive the same salaries as support staff in comparable law firms based in big business hubs.

We support you with our cooperation partner pme Familienservice in balancing work and private life.

We pay

13 months’ salary (12 months + Christmas bonus) plus holiday pay

Your holidays

You will have a minimum of 27 days holiday per year, which can increase to a maximum of 32 days depending on the length of your employment with our firm.

We will pay for your local public transport ticket if required for your commute.

Training

Every year we welcome new trainees who are starting their training as paralegals with us. We are delighted that you are interested in receiving your training at Redeker Sellner Dahs and we are keen to provide you with a successful start to your career as part of strong team.

• You will have the opportunity to combine your vocational diploma (Berufsschulabschluss) with your advanced technical college certificate (Fachhochschulreife).
• In technical college, our trainees take an English class at the end of which they obtain an internationally recognised foreign language certificate.
• At our Bonn offices, a judicial officer mentors our apprentices and provides ongoing support.
