Bonn, 1 February 2024. At its Partners' Meeting, the Redeker Sellner Dahs law firm appointed Caroline Glasmacher, Liza Schäfer, Dr Alexander Schüßler and Stephan Schuck as Counsel effective 1 January 2024.
Caroline Glasmacher, LL.M. (Melbourne), specialist lawyer for IT law, has been a member of the firm since 2018 and works from the Berlin office. She is specialised in IT law, intellectual property law and general civil and commercial law. She advises and acts as counsel for public authorities, research institutions and business enterprises. Her practice also includes advising Länder and federal ministries on digitalisation projects.
Liza Schäfer has been working at the Brussels office since 2019. She is specialised in German and European antitrust law, compliance and European law. She advises and acts as counsel for numerous enterprises in proceedings involving damages in connection with antitrust actions. She furthermore represents national and multinational enterprises in complaint proceedings involving antitrust and European law, in particular before the European Commission.
Dr Alexander Schüßler joined the firm in 2017, practicing in the fields of private construction and real estate law at the Bonn office. He is specialised in construction‑related legal advice and litigation in connection with various construction and infrastructure projects.
Stephan Schuck has been a member of the firm since 2017 and works at the Bonn office in the fields of press law, freedom of speech and intellectual property law. He advises and serves as counsel for enterprises and individuals in media law cases as well as business institutions in copyright and publishing law matters.
