Bonn, 16 September 2024. The partners in the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs have elected a new Management Committee at their closed‑door meeting held in mid‑September. Hans‑Peter Hoh will be assuming the post of chairman. The deputy chairperson is Sabine Wildfeuer. The other members of the Management Committee are Dr Marco Rietdorf, Dr Udo Söns and Dr Christian Eckart.
Hans‑Peter Hoh joined the firm in 2013. He set up the Munich office and has been a member of the Management Committee since 2021, which he now chairs. Hans‑Peter Hoh's main fields of practice are corporate, association and foundation law as well as property law. He has been a certified mediator since 2017.
Sabine Wildfeuer entered the firm in 2006. She has headed the Berlin office together with Dr Christian Eckart since 2020 and the firm's Diversity Commission since 2022. She has been the first contact for the research and science sector since 2019. A lawyer and specialist in intellectual property law, Sabine Wildfeuer's practice centres on IT and technology law as well as intellectual property law.
Dr Marco Rietdorf has been working as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for administrative law at the Bonn office since 2006. He has been a member of the Management Committee since 2021. Dr Marco Rietdorf advises and acts as counsel for clients in public construction and planning law, infection protection law and gambling law.
Dr Udo Söns has been a member of the firm since 2009. He has been on the firm's Personnel Committee since 2018. Dr Udo Söns works as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law at the Bonn and Munich offices, providing legal advice on major infrastructure construction projects as well as drafting contracts and conducting litigation.
Dr Christian Eckart, LL.M. (Cornell) joined the firm in 2012 and has headed the Berlin office together with Sabine Wildfeuer since 2020. In his practice he advises and acts as counsel for clients in the fields of public commercial law, public health law, constitutional law, air traffic and planning approval law (airports) as well as sharing economy law.
The firm's Management Committee is elected for a term of three years.

Current members Dr Thomas Stickler and Dr Michael Winkelmüller as well as Chairman Andreas Okonek are leaving the Management Committee. Andreas Okonek had been a member of the Committee since 2015, which he chaired from 2017.
