Bonn, 17 November 2023. On 1 November 2023, the Redeker Sellner Dahs law firm launched an expanded external employee assistance programme (EAP). The law firm is offering this programme to support its employees even more in their efforts to strike a healthy work‑life balance. To this end, it is collaborating with the family service pme.
The programme, which is specially tailored to the needs of employees at the law firm, provides comprehensive counselling and mediation services in the areas of childcare, homecare‑eldercare and health. The list of services includes both the arrangement of daycare places or provision of emergency care as well as holiday care and support with home nursing care (arrangement of care places and domestic help). Above and beyond this, counselling services relating to education and school or care of relatives are part of the services offered by the firm to its employees. A variety of online sports courses and health offers round off the programme. All conversations and counselling are treated strictly confidentially. Employees' enquiries and reservations remain anonymous.
