Bonn, 19 September 2017. Yesterday, a new management board was elected by the partners of the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs. Previous chairman of the management board, Dieter Merkens, partner in the Construction Law practice area, terminated his management activities after a total of 18 years on the board. Andreas Okonek, who has been a member of the management board since 2015, was elected as new chairman. Mr Okonek is a partner in the Bonn office and specialised in industrial property rights and information technology. Dr Thomas Stickler was re‐elected as member of the management board. He has been heading the firm’s Leipzig office for many years and works in the fields of construction and public procurement law as well as corporate law. Newly elected member of the management board is Dr Andreas Rosenfeld, who established the EU office in Brussels. He heads the Antitrust and State Aid practice of the firm.
