Bonn, 1 February 2024. Redeker Sellner Dahs has admitted Dr Clemens Holtmann from Brussels to the partnership. The firm now has 45 partners. In addition, Markus Frank from Bonn has been appointed Associate Partner.

Dr Clemens Holtmann has been a member of the firm's Brussels office since 2012. Previously, he was Deputy Head of the Joint Representation of Hamburg and Schleswig‑Holstein to the EU (Hanse Office) in Brussels.
He advises and serves as counsel for federal German ministries, enterprises, institutes, government authorities and municipalities in the fields of state aid and European law. For many years, he has been focusing on key topics of growing importance such as the model “H2Global” project to promote the market ramp‑up of green hydrogen. He is also a lecturer on European State Aid Law/Energy at TU Berlin Law.
Markus Frank joined the firm's Bonn office in 2016 with his practice in the field of private construction and property law. He has been acting as counsel for companies carrying out major infrastructure projects for many years, both in litigation and in arbitration proceedings. He gained extensive knowledge of the industry through several months of secondments working in the legal departments of DAX 30 companies and in the legal departments of leading transport and infrastructure enterprises. Markus Frank is a lecturer in private construction law at the University of Marburg and in a master's programme for construction law at Münster University of Applied Sciences.
