Bonn, 4 October 2021. ) The law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs elected a new Management Committee at its Partners' Meeting on 2 October 2021. At the closed meeting held in September, the partnership had previously agreed to expand the Committee from three to five partners. The steadily mounting management tasks are to be distributed among more partners in the future.
The partnership has confirmed Andreas Okonek, who has served as Chairman of the Management Committee as far back as 2017, in his office. Dr. Thomas Stickler, who has been a member of the Management Committee since 2015, was re‑elected to the Committee.
Dr. Michael Winkelmüller, Hans‑Peter Hoh and Dr. Marco Rietdorf were elected as new members.
Dr Michael Winkelmüller joined the firm in 2001 and works in the areas of public commercial law and compliance. He is the firm's representative in the DICO Deutsches Institut für Compliance e. V., editor of the Beck'sche Online‑Kommentare zum Arbeitsschutzrecht und zum Infektionsschutzrecht and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of ARP Arbeitsschutz in Recht und Praxis.
Hans‑Peter Hoh joined the firm in 2013 after a long career as Chief Financial Officer at various commercial enterprises. He set up the Munich office for the firm and is a member of the office management. Hans‑Peter Hoh's practice focuses on association, foundation and corporate law, real estate and employment law. He has been a certified mediator since 2017.
Dr Marco Rietdorf, who has been with the firm since 2006, is active in public construction and planning law, infection control law and gambling law. He is a lecturer at the German Lawyers Academy (DAA) and at vhw – Bundesverband für Wohnen und Stadtentwicklung e. V. (Federal Association for Housing and Urban Development).
The firm's Management Committee is elected for a term of three years.
Dr Andreas Rosenfeld, who had been a member of the Committee since 2017, has now stepped down. “We would like to thank Andreas Rosenfeld for his successful commitment and the tremendous impetus he has given the firm in recent years,” commented Andreas Okonek.
