Bonn, 25 October 2019. Yesterday evening the Juve publishing house commended Redeker Sellner Dahs law firm as the law firm having the best antitrust law practice with the Juve Award. With this award, the publisher recognised the impressive development of the antitrust practice led by Dr Andreas Rosenfeld.
Juve spelled out the reasons for presenting the award to the law firm as follows:
“For the antitrust practice it was a year replete with successes. This is largely due to a shrewd expansion of staff and strategically wise links the firm established with other specialist groups. Redeker's close ties to the public sector translated into exciting antitrust cases involving lorries and timber. In addition, the new partner Sebastian Steinbarth has been opening up a promising field of practice in the guise of sales in the digital age. But above all Andreas Rosenfeld displayed how versatile he really is: He successfully challenged the takeover of the Grüner Punkt by Remondis, he won a dispute over a fine before the German Federal Court of Justice involving the confectionery cartel – and he has taken the field to win damages for company groups such as Metro and Deutsche Bahn.“
