Joined the firm in 2013.

Insolvency law, corporate (corporate law, M&A).

Member of the bankruptcy law and restructuring working group of the German Bar Association.

Advises companies on insolvency and corporate law Corporate law. Transaction advice in and out of crisis and insolvency Insolvency. Forensic advice (in particular complex insolvency appeals).

Advising on acquisitions in the healthcare sector; advising Deutsche Bahn AG on the restructuring of its infrastructure division; advising and representing Bayer AG on the transfer of production sites and assets in connection with the sale of Crop Science businesses to BASF (transaction volume €5.9 billion); advising the British Sage Group on the acquisition of Exact Software Deutschland GmbH from the Dutch Exact Group.
