Studied law in Munich and Beijing from 2011 to 2018. First state examination in 2018. 2018 to 2019 part‑time research assistant to Prof. Dr. Manssen, Chair of Public Law, esp. German and European Administrative Law, University of Regensburg. Legal traineeship in Regensburg, Munich and Brussels with a station at the European Commission in the Internal Market Directorate General. 2020 Second state examination. Since 2020 PhD student with Prof. Dr. Wollenschläger, Chair of Public Law, European Law and Public Economic Law, University of Augsburg and working as a lawyer. 2022 Research stay at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon‑Sorbonne.

Public procurement law, public commercial law, constitutional law, European law.

Member of the Public Procurement Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.

Regular lecturing activities, in particular for federal and state authorities. Lecturer in the specialist lawyer course for public procurement law at the German Lawyers' Academy.

Advising and representing public clients and companies on the awarding of public contracts in all sectors, including the awarding of the major sports event European Championships in Munich (2020‑2022), the multi‑billion funded project to promote green hydrogen H2Global (since 2022), and other state distribution procedures, such as for subsidies, concessions or divestitures. Litigation representation in numerous proceedings before the public procurement tribunals, civil and administrative courts.

Advice and representation on fundamental issues of constitutional, EU, public procurement and administrative law, in particular on restructuring and cooperation in the public sector and other issues of administrative organization: including including expert opinions on questions in the run‑up to the privatization of a federal company (2023), on the compatibility under EU law of a reform of Section 46 EnWG (2024), on the constitutional and EU law framework of various federal‑state cooperations, including on administrative digitization (since 2024).
