Accompaniment of various construction contracts with contract values over Euro 70 million on the client side (congress centre, event hall, civil engineering services); advice in the field of waste (redesign of an inter‑municipal cooperation in the field of incineration; redesign in the cooperation of a special‑purpose association and its subsidiaries; various procedures for waste collection in NRW and Lower Saxony); advice to cities and municipalities in the field of municipal land sales with and without building obligation as well as urban development contracts; representation in the ECJ procedure for exemption from the field of rescue services; support in the award procedure for the first cultivation of cannabis in Germany.
