Studied law in Berlin. First state examination in 2011, second in 2018. Legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, including positions with the Governing Mayor of Berlin and commercial law firms in Berlin and Washington, D.C.

Advises project sponsors and authorities on raw materials extraction projects (including stone and earth, in particular sand and gravel, lignite, natural gas, geothermal energy, so‑​called critical raw materials) as well as the approval and conversion of underground storage facilities, securing raw materials (Critical Raw Materials Act, spatial planning/​regional planning), obtaining and transferring mining permits, land assignment and transfer of ownership procedures, post‑​mining landscapes/​reclamation (e. g. for the Rhine water transport pipeline).

Advises on infrastructure projects, in particular in the transport sector (including on the Frankfurt Mannheim line railroad planning approval procedure and the planning approval procedure under long‑​distance road law for the construction of the new A 20 – 1st construction phase) and in the energy sector (including on offshore wind turbines and connecting pipelines), on recycling management projects and on AwSV plants.
