Studied law in Mainz and Bonn. 2015 first State Examination, 2019 second State Examination. 2015–2017 research assistant at a German law firm. 2018 doctoral degree with Prof Dr Thole, Dipl.‑Kfm, Köln. 2017–2019 legal traineeship with stations, among others, at a German law firm in corporate law and the (German) Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.

Joined the firm in 2019.

Advises companies and shareholders on insolvency and corporate law issues.

Advises on restructurings and corporate transactions in and outside of crisis and insolvency situations.

Including advising Deutsche Bahn AG on the restructuring of its infrastructure divisions; advising a large German research center on the merger with another e. V.; advising on company acquisitions in the healthcare sector (e. g. Malteser Klinikum in Duisburg, St. Josefshospital in Krefeld Uerdingen, Malteser Akutkrankenhaus Seliger Gerhard in Bonn, St. Hildegardis Krankenhaus Köln, Krankenhaus Düren). Advice on restructuring in the healthcare sector in and out of insolvency.
