Advisory as well as representation of municipalities, foundations, public sector and private companies in State aid law before national authorities and the EU Commission, special expertise in the energy sector and other topics of the European Green Deal. Advising companies on the construction and operation of renewable electricity generation plants as well as representation before the Polish Energy Regulatory Authority regarding support programs under the Polish Renewable Energy Sources Act. Participation in preliminary contacts and/or notifications of State aid to the Commission, in particular the EEG (as a case officer of the Commission).
