Studied law at the University of Cologne, the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, and the Humboldt University of Berlin, sponsored by the German National Academic Foundation.

2014 First state examination (Faculty Award). Legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal (station at the European Commission, among others). 2016 Second state examination. 2017‑2018 LL.M. studies with a focus on legal theory at NYU School of Law, supported by an ERP scholarship, among others. Doctorate at the Free University of Berlin on the concept of discrimination in European anti‑​discrimination law (defense pending) 2022‑2023 worked as a lawyer with a focus on competition law in an international law firm 2023‑2024 Consultant at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.

2024 Joined the law firm.

Practice

Public Commercial Law, Health Law, European and Constitutional Law

Advises and represents the public sector (including the German Federal Government and several state governments) in proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court and the administrative and civil courts with a legal focus on European commercial law, public service law, state liability and fundamental rights; thematic focus on the healthcare sector, including in the legal review of the COVID‑19 pandemic and in the area of hospital financing and planning; advises private companies in the sharing economy on regulatory issues.
