As a university professor, Prof. Dr. Hüttemann has waived her admission to the bar, but continues to fully represent her clients in this capacity as a criminal defense attorney and as counsel in international legal assistance matters.

Advising and defending executives of major multinational corporations as well as small and medium‑sized companies, including in wide‑ranging hearings and appeals proceedings; criminal proceedings with international aspects, international legal assistance proceedings; advising witnesses, including before parliamentary investigative committees; advising companies in the area of criminal and regulatory offences law, e. g. multinational chemicals enterprises on environmental criminal law; compliance and internal investigations.
