Represented the Federal Government, companies and associations in more than 150 proceedings before the Union courts, the Federal Constitutional Court and state constitutional courts, e. g. in the NPD ban proceedings, on the nuclear phase‑​out, on data retention and in federal‑​state dispute proceedings; regular representation in landmark proceedings on critical infrastructure and energy security; advice on the promotion and licensing of public services; litigation representation in countless administrative court and state liability proceedings.
