Studied law in Mainz and Bonn. 2015 first State Examination, 2019 second State Examination. 2015–2017 research assistant at a German law firm. 2018 doctoral degree with Prof Dr Thole, Dipl.‑​Kfm, Köln. 2017–2019 legal traineeship with stations, among others, at a German law firm in corporate law and the (German) Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.

Joined the firm in 2019.

Advises companies and shareholders on insolvency and corporate law issues.
Advising on restructurings and corporate transactions in and out of crisis and insolvency.

Including advice on restructurings and corporate (sales) acquisitions in the healthcare sector in and out of crisis (e. g. Malteser Klinikum in Duisburg, St. Josefshospital in Krefeld Uerdingen, Malteser Akutkrankenhaus Seliger Gerhard in Bonn, St. Hildegardis Krankenhaus Köln, Krankenhaus Düren). Advising Deutsche Bahn AG on the restructuring of its infrastructure divisions; advising the public sector on the (re)municipalization of companies in the healthcare sector.
