Authorized representatives of the German Federal Government, companies, associations and private clients before the European Courts (ECtHR, ECJ and General Court), the German Federal Constitutional Court and administrative courts, inter alia involving nuclear phase‑out II (in particular in connection with investment protection/expropriation/compensation), the interpretation and enforcement of EU sanctions against Russia, the Rosneft trusteeship under the German Energy Security Act, Federal‑Länder disputes in the field of financial constitutional law; inheritance and family law and family law constitutional complaints; foreign trade and security law (in particular sanctions law, investment/export control law and critical infrastructures/technologies). Representation of Länder governments, parliaments, parliamentary groups and members of parliament in disputes between governing institutions, judicial review and constitutional complaint proceedings as well as election audits (e. g. “Berlin elections”). Advises and acts as counsel on issues relating to the organisation of the state, in particular on law governing political parties, financial allowances, opposition and minority rights, committees of enquiry (e. g. on the composition of parliamentary committees to monitor offices for the protection of the constitution in Thuringia and Brandenburg). She has authored expert opinions on legislative projects and the implementation of constitutional and constitutional and union court judgments and decisions.
